Accounts

You may need an account to purchase or access courses. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. You must be 16 or older to create an account.

Purchases

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Access is granted after successful payment. We may use third-party processors; their terms apply to the payment step.

Licenses and use of content

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute materials without written permission.

Acceptable conduct

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform. Keep community spaces professional and inclusive.

Cancellations and refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days if you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course. Team contracts may have custom terms stated in the order form.

Disclaimers and warranties

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Training is educational and not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
